Majma’-ul-Fiqh-il-Islami, the International Islamic Fiqh Academy (IIFA), stands as a premier global scholarly organization dedicated to addressing the intricate legal and ethical challenges confronting the contemporary Muslim world.
The International Islamic Fiqh Academy (IIFA) has served as
a pivotal platform dedicated to the study and application of Islamic
jurisprudence for renowned Islamic scholars, jurists, and experts from diverse
fields to collaborate on innovative solutions to contemporary issues.
Established in 1981 in response to the resolution of the Makkah Islamic Summit Conference, headquartered in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, the International Islamic Fiqh Academy (IIFA) is a distinguished subsidiary of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), formerly known as the Organization of Islamic Conference. As a subsidiary of the OIC, the world's largest international organization after the United Nations, comprising 57 Muslim countries, the International Islamic Fiqh Academy (IIFA) plays a pivotal role in addressing contemporary challenges within the Islamic world.
